A.No.7780 of 2019 A.No.7780 of 2019 K.KALYANASUNDARAM.,J In a suit filed for recovery of money, the plaintiff has filed this application seeking leave to file a suit against the respondents / defendants.

Mr.S.Ramesh Kumar, learned counsel for the applicant would submit that the respondents / defendants approached the plaintiff at No.80/1, Narayana Mudali Street, Sowcarpet, Chennai for a loan and at the time, the respondents were residing at Shenoy Nagar, Chennai and thereafter, they have shifted their residence to Valasaravakkam, Chennai, which is outside the jurisdiction of this Court.

3. It is the submission of the learned counsel for the applicant that the entire cause of action had arisen within the jurisdiction of this Court and this application has been filed, since the respondents are presently residing outside the jurisdiction of this Court.
