This Writ Petition had been filed for a direction to the Second Respondent to comply the clause as per the Agreement by discharging the balance Further Security Deposit (FSD) deposited in the form of Bank Guarantee No. AD01BGF152790002 dated 05.10.2015 for Rs.25,07,000/- in favour of the Second Respondent.

Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the Respondents, submits that as requested by the Petitioner, the Bank Guarantee No.ADOIBGF15290002 for a value of Rs.25,07,000/- was released vide Lr. No. LC93/B.G./2016/ dt. 01.10.2019 addressed to the Branch Manager, Karur Vysya Bank Ltd., Chennai - 600 045. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner acknowledges receipt of its copy. Nothing survives for consideration in the matter. 3.

Recording the subsequent events, the Writ Petition is disposed. No costs.
