ORDER

Alleging that the order of this Court dated 25.06.2025 in W.P.No.22486 of 2025 has not been complied with, the present contempt petition has been filed.

2. This Court, while disposing of WP.No.22486 of 2025, has passed the following order:

"In view of the above submission, without going into the merits of the matter, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the respondents to conclude the enquiry proceedings and pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. In the meanwhile, for claiming subsistence allowance, the petitioner is directed to give representation to the respondents within a period of one week from today and on such receipt, the respondents are directed to consider the same and pass orders on its own merits and in accordance with law within a period of two weeks thereafter.

3. The learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel for the respondents would submit that this Court, while disposing of W.P.No.22486 of 2025, had directed the respondents to conclude the enquiry proceedings and pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks and the order has been complied with and the petitioner has 2/4

been removed from service.
