Prayer: Contempt Petition filed under Sections 11 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act praying to punish the respondents 1 and 2 for not obeying and implementing the order dated 27.03.2025 made in W.P.No.11289 of 2025. For Petitioner:

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by P.Velmurugan,J.) The petitioner has filed the present Contempt Petition stating that the respondents herein have violated the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.11289 of 2025, dated 27.03.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that pending the Contempt Petition, a Writ Appeal was preferred as against the impugned Writ Petition, which is said to be pending.

3.By taking note of the aforesaid submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court is of the view that when a Writ Appeal is preferred against the order passed in the Writ Petition, the present Contempt Petition cannot be parallelly adjudicated. Hence, the Contempt Petition stands dismissed as infructuous.
