The petitioner/A3 who arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 09.07.2023 registered for the offence under Sections 8(c) r/w 20(b)(ii)(C) of NDPS Act, in Crime No.170 of 2023 on the file of the respondent Police, seeks bail.

2.It is stated that A1 was found in possession of 12 kgs of ganja and A2 was in possession of 10 kgs of ganja. A1 and A2 have confessed that they have purchased the ganja from the petitioner herein. 3.On the side of the respondent, it is stated that there are similar cases pending in the State of Andhra Pradesh. 4.Taking into consideration the petitioner is the supplier of the Ganja and therefore, further investigation has to be done, at this stage, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. 5.Hence, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed. 11.10.2023 vkr https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2
