Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the Second Respondent relating to the impugned order dated 01.11.2017 uploaded in the website of the First Respondent insofar as the Petitioner herein concerned with Director Identification Number 06981637 and quash the same as illegal, arbitrary and devoid of merit and consequentially direct the Respondents herein to permit the Petitioner to continue as a director or get appointed or reappointed as Director of any Company without any hindrance. When it is pointed out that the name of the Petitioner is included in the list dated 17.12.2018 published by the Registrar of Companies, Tamil Nadu, Coimbatore uploaded in the website of the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, New Delhi disqualifying the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Petitioner to hold the Office of the Directorship of a Company under Section 164 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 2013, which came into effect from 01.04.2014, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to file fresh Writ Petition challenging the aforesaid list and he has made an endorsement to that effect, which is recorded.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting such liberty. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. No costs.
