Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 & 2 to allot the house site situated at No.15/15 (Part), Bharathidasan Street, Kalaivanar Nagar, Athipattu, Chennai - 600 058 to the extent of 900 sq. ft. in Survey No.524, Athipattu Village, Ambattur Talk, Thiruvallur District to the petitioner.

COMMON ORDER Since the issue involved in all these writ petitions, are one and the same, these writ petitions are disposed of by way of a common order.

These writ petitions have been filed for a Mandamus, seeking for a direction to the respondents 1, 2 & 4 to allot the respective house sites situated at Bharathidasan Street, Kalaivanar Nagar, Athipattu, Chennai - 600 058 to the extent mentioned in the prayer of the respective writ petitions, which are situated in Survey No.524, Athipattu West, Ambattur Taluk, Thiruvallur District to the respective petitioners.

3. The issues that have been raised in these present writ petitions are covered by the orders passed by this Court in a batch of writ petitions in W.P. Nos.2924 of 2020 etc. batch dated 05.04.2023. Consequently, the directions issued by this Court in the batch of writ petitions be equally applied to the present writ petitions also.
