CMP.No.22086 of 2019 in REV.APPL.SR.No.118099 of 2019 M.GOVINDARAJ, J This Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 475 days in preferring the present Review Application.

2.Mr.M.Rajendran, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2 and submits that he has no objection for condoning the delay.

3. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the respondents and on being satisfied with the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the delay is condoned.

Accordingly, the petition is ordered.

4. Registry is directed to number the Review application, if it is otherwise in order and post the matter after two weeks.
