Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for records, in Na.Ka.No.2969/K1/2016, dated 05.12.2016, passed by the third respondent and to quash the same and to direct the third respondent to include the petitioner's name in the existing contractor list to supply the food articles in the Government Hospitals, at Krishnagiri District. 1/4

The challenge in this Writ Petition is to the order passed by the thrid respondent, dated 05.12.2016, whereby, the petitioner's name has been blacklisted.

2. Today, when the Writ Petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that the prayer, sought for, in this Writ Petition has virtually become infructuous, as the name of the petitioner has been removed from the blacklist 3.

In view of the abovesaid submission, Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
