Prayer:- Writ Petitions filed under the Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records in para 3 of the G.O.Ms.No.311, Finance [CMPC] Department dated 31.12.2014 and quash the same and consequently direct he respondents to grant a notional increment to the petitioners who retire on superannuation on the preceding day of annual increment due to date on 01.10.2012, 01.10.2010, 2/6

01.10.2002 and 01.07.1995 respectively in the light of Final order in W.P.No.12322 of 2017 dated 05.07.2017 accordingly revise the pension and other benefits within a specified period. For Petitioner : No appearance in all Writ Petitions For Respondents : Mr.V.Manoharan, Additional Government Pleader [Edn] in all WPs COMMON ORDER These Writ Petitions have been filed to quash the para 3 of the G.O.Ms.No.311, Finance [CMPC] Department dated 31.12.2014 and consequently direct the respondents to grant a notional increment to the petitioners who retire on superannuation on the preceding day of annual increment due to date on 01.10.2012, 01.10.2010, 01.10.2002 and 01.07.1995 respectively in the light of Final order in W.P.No.12322 of 2017 dated 05.07.2017 accordingly revise the pension and other benefits within a specified period.

2. On 09.01.2024, as there is no representation for the petitioners, the writ petition is posted to 22.01.2024 under the caption 'for dismissal'. On 3/6

22.01.2024 also there is no representation for the petitioners. To give one more opportunity to the petitioners, the writ petition is posted to today. Today also there is no representation for the petitioners. It appears that the petitioners have no interest to prosecute these writ petitions.

3. Accordingly, these Writ Petition are dismissed for non prosecution. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. No costs.
