ORDER

Seeking a direction to the respondent to register the Complaint dated 24/02/2016 in CSR.No.144/W-35/AWPS/2016 given by the Petitioner and to take action against the person mentioned in the Complaint and also to file a final Report within a specified time, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the petition enquiry is pending in CSR.No.144 of 2016 before the respondent.

3.Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry expeditiously and during the course of enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made out, a regular https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

case shall be registered, following the decision laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari v. Government of Uttarpradesh and Others reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1, otherwise close the petition under due intimation to the petitioner.
