ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction directing the respondent to forward the final report in Crime No.576 of 2021 pending on the file of the respondent before the competent court.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that she lodged a

complaint with the respondent police regarding missing of her motor cycle parked in the car parking area of her house premises, pursuant to which, an FIR was registered in Crime No.576 of 2021. He would further submit that even though final report in Crime No.576 of 2021 was prepared on 16.08.2022, the respondent did not forward the same before the concerned jurisdictional Magistrate. Hence she filed this petition.

3. The learned Govt. Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that after investigating the case, the respondent has closed the case as vehicle undetectable and also forwarded the closure report to learned Judicial Magistrate II, Krishnagiri. He would further submit that RCS notice in this regard was also served on the complainant/petitioner herein.

4. Recording the submission of the learned Govt. Advocate (crl.side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
