ORDER

Seeking a direction to the 2nd Respondent to register a case on her Complaint dated 01/04/2016 given to the 1st respondent against the culprits, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents submitted that earlier, the petitioner has given a complaint for the same facts in which the petition enquiry has been conducted and closed on 30.03.2016. Thereafter, the petitioner has given a fresh complaint dated 01.04.2016 to the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

respondents. He further submitted that a copy of the closure report is furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the bar.

3.Hence, no positive direction can be issued to the respondent police to conduct investigation on the complaint dated 01.04.2016 given by the petitioner.

In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is closed, with liberty to the petitioner to work out her remedies in the manner known to law.
