ORDER

The petitioner seeks for issuance of a Mandamus to direct the respondent to record the order passed by this Court in CRP (NPD) No. 976 of 2015 dated 14.12.2015 on their file. By the order dated 14.12.2015 passed by this Court in CRP (NPD) No. 976 of 2015, this Court recorded the compromise arrived at between the petitioners and respondents herein. According to the petitioner, when he presented the copy of the order passed by this Court on 14.12.2015 to the respondent for registration, he refused to register the same, which resulted in filing of the present writ petition. The petitioner also submitted a representation dated 19.08.2016 to the respondent seeking to cause registration of the order dated 14.12.2015 passed by this Court, but till date no order has been passed. 3.

Having regard to the above facts and circumstance of the case, without expressing any opinion on merits, the respondent is directed to consider the representation dated 19.08.2016 of the petitioner and to pass orders thereon on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
