O R D E R

Seeking a direction to the respondent to issue a Certified Copy of Birth Certificate to the petitioner by considering his application dated 30.03.2016 and 24.06.2016, the petitioner is before this Court with this writ petition. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondent.

3.The petitioner has made representations to the respondent on 30.03.2016 and 24.06.2016, seeking certified copy of the Birth Certificate pertaining to him. Since, the said representations were not considered by the respondent, the petitioner has filed the present writ petition. 4.The learned counsel appearing for the respondent would submit that a direction may be issued by this Court to the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 24.06.2016 within a time frame to be stipulated by this Court.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 24.06.2016 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of copy of a receipt of this order. No costs.
