ORDER
Seeking a direction to the respondents to register a case on the complaint of the petitioner dated 10/03/2016, the petitioner has come up with this petition.
2.On reading of the complaint dated 10.03.2016 given by the petitioner, it is seen that the petitioner had lent the money to the opposite party sometimes in the year 2012 and that the opposite party has not returned the said amount to the petitioner.

3.In the considered opinion of this Court, no positive direction can be issued to register an FIR, as the dispute appears to be civil in nature. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedies in the manner known to law.
