Respondents Prayer: Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, seeking a writ of mandamus, to direct the third respondent herein to release the registered Settlement Deed bearing Document No.3277/2016 dated 11.11.2016 executed by the petitioner in favour of his grandson viz. S.Bernetshaw, registered at Office of the 3rd respondent within the time frame to be fixed by this Court.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that since the settlement deed has been handed over the petitioner, he was instructed to withdraw the writ petition.
