Seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent to register a case based on the complaint of the petitioner dated 03/06/2015 and to investigate the same, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that the said complaint of the petitioner was enquired and closed by the respondents as civil in nature and also submitted that a copy of the closure report is furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the bar.
