Seeking a direction to the respondent police to register an FIR on the petitioner's complaint dated 30.03.2016, the petitioner has come up with this petition.
2.It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that on the complaint dated 30.03.2016 lodged by the petitioner against her husband, the petition enquiry is being conducted in CSR.No.46 of 2016 and the matter has been referred to the Social Welfare Officer. He further submitted that action will be taken after receipt of the report from the Social Welfare Officer.
