The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mr.E.Ethirajulu, submits that the petitioner would avail the alternative remedy of Revision Petition under Section 153 of the Tamil Nadu Co-operative Societies Act, 1983 to challenge the impugned order and hence, seeks leave of this court to withdraw https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

this writ petition and file such Revision before the concerned authority by 15.07.2018.

2.Recording the same, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with such liberty as aforesaid. It is made clear that if the Revision Petition is filed by 15.07.2018, the concerned authority shall not go into the question of limitation in filing the same in as much as this writ petition had been pending in this court. No cots.
