This petition has been filed to direct the respondents to register the petitioner's complaint dated 26.04.2014.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.

3. It is seen that this petitioner has lodged a complaint on 26.04.2014, based on which, petition enquiry has been conducted by the 2nd respondent police in CSR.No.296 of 2014. On reading of the complaint, it is stated by the petitioner that one Kolanji Pitchaipillai telephoned to her mobile and asked her to give Rs.2lakhs and threatened the petitioner. The petitioner has not even stated as to what dealing she has with the said Kolanji Pitchaipillai and has given bald averment that Kolanji Pitchaipillai demanded money and threatened her.

4. Taking into consideration the nature of the allegations in the complaint dated 26.04.2014, this Court is of the view that this is not a fit case to register the complaint as sought for by the petitioner and this petition is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

closed, with liberty to the petitioner to workout her remedies in the manner known to law.
