Respondents This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issue of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records in Appeal on the file of the first respondent constituted under Section 45-1A

(7) of the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934 and quash the same as illegal and unconstitutional and consequently direct the second respondent to grant registration to the petitioner company in terms of Sections 45 IA of the Reserve Bank of India Act.
