issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the second respondent to issue process, enquire and conclude the proceedings and pass final orders in the complaint of the petitioners submitted on 11.07.2016 and forwarded by the first respondent under proceedings Moo.Mu.No. 32474/U2/2016 dated 12.07.2016 within a time frame as may be fixed by this Hon'ble Court and consequently forbear the third respondent or his men or assigns or subordinates or delegates or any one claiming under him from registering the execution of any deeds or documents presented by or through the fourth respondent or anyone under his authorisation in respect of the property comprised in S.No.130/2 and 130/7 bearing Plot Nos.21 and 22 having an extent of 4873 sq.ft. or thereabouts in Madipakkam Village, Tambaram Taluk and Kancheepuram District, forthwith.

The petitioners have filed this writ petition seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus to direct the second respondent to issue process, enquire and conclude the proceedings and pass final orders in the 2/6

complaint of the petitioners submitted on 11.07.2016 and forwarded by the first respondent under proceedings Moo.Mu.No.32474/U2/2016 dated 12.07.2016 within a time frame as may be fixed by this Court and consequently forbear the third respondent or his men or assigns or subordinates or delegates or any one claiming under him from registering the execution of any deeds or documents presented by or through the fourth respondent or anyone under his authorisation in respect of the property comprised in S.Nos.130/2 and 130/7 bearing Plot Nos.21 and 22 having an extent of 4873 sq.ft. or thereabouts in Madipakkam Village, Tambaram Taluk and Kancheepuram District, forthwith.

2.The case of the petitioners is that they made complaint as against the fourth respondent, through their Power of Attorney Mr.R.Arul Selvan, to the first respondent, seeking to cancel the sale deeds bearing Document No.5886, dated 04.09.2015 and Document No.1303 of 2016, dated 02.03.2016 and the same has been forwarded by the first respondent vide proceedings dated 12.07.2016, to the second respondent for further course of action, however, there is no response. Hence this writ petition.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that this Court may issue direction to the second respondent to enquire and conclude the proceedings and pass final orders in the complaint of the petitioners submitted on 11.07.2016 and forwarded by the first respondent under proceedings Moo.Mu.No.32474/U2/2016 dated 12.07.2016 within a reasonable time frame. 4.Considering the limited relief now sought for by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directs the second respondent to enquire and conclude the proceedings and pass final orders in the complaint of the petitioners submitted on 11.07.2016 and forwarded by the first respondent under proceedings Moo.Mu.No.32474/U2/2016 dated 12.07.2016, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if not already disposed of. 5.The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs.
