ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking for police protection based on the the representation made by the petitioner on 30.08.2023. 2.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the petitioner can be directed to give a representation/complaint to the Superintendent of Police, Thiruvarur District, in person and the same will be considered and decision will be taken.

Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the petitioner is directed to submit a fresh representation/complaint to the 1st respondent along with all the relevant document and the same will be 2/4

considered by the 1st respondent and a decision shall be taken within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of the representation / complaint from the petitioner.
