COMMON ORDER These Writ Petitions have been filed to direct the respondents to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner's company and its staff and subordinates to erect, commissioning of equipments and to radiate the transmission tower at the lease sites namely Site ID No.TIVM32 situated at 900 sq.ft. of vacant land out of 1230 sq.feet of land property at Tindivanam Registration District, Tindivanam Joint 1 Sub Registration District, in the boundary of Tindivanam Taluk, Tindivanam Municipal Limit, Tindivanam, Sedan Kuttai Street, Nanjai S.F.No.51/1A and ID No. ACHRP1 situated at 600 sq.ft. of Roof - Top out of 1868 sq.ft.(0172 sq.meter) of land with building property at Chengalpet Registration District, Acchirapakkam Sub Registration District in the boundary of Madurandakam Taluk, Acchirapakkam Town Panchayat limit, Acchirapakkam Village, Punjay S.F.No.244/1A7A presently S.F.No.244/1A7 as per Patta No.2137 in New S.F.NO.244/1A7B respectively.
2.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that though the petitioner gave a complaint to the second respondent through post with regard to provide police protection to the petitioner's company for 3/6
erecting cell phone tower, the same has not been considered so far. Hence, the present petition has been filed.
3.The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) submitted that the complaint of the petitioner dated 07.10.2022 is not available with the second respondent and if the petitioner give a fresh representation to the second respondent in person, they will consider the representation of the petitioner. 4.Recording the same, the petitioner is directed to give a fresh representation to the second respondent in person and on receiving the same, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner on merits and take suitable action in accordance with law, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With the above directions, these Writ Petitions are disposed of.
