Crl.OP.No.21951 of 2023 Crl.O.P.No.21951 of 2023 G.CHANDRASEKHARAN.J., This Criminal Original Petition is filed to enlarge the petitioner on bail pending in Crime No.470 of 2023 on the file of the respondent.

2. When the matter is taken up, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that, petitioner was detained in Goondas under Section 2(f) of the Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982 and a copy of the detention order in No.408/BCDFGISSSV/2023 dated 20.09.2023 is produced.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that petitioner was detained in Goondas under Section 2(f) of the Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982, this Court is not inclined to consider bail to the petitioner.
