ORDER

Seeking a direction to the respondents particularly, to the 2nd Respondent to carry out a true an proper investigation and to register a case as against the accused on the basis of the Complaint dated 15/02/2016, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2.It is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents that on the basis of the complaint of the petitioner dated 15.02.2016, a case has been registered in Crime No.251 of 2016 for offences under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 448 and 506(ii) IPC on 03.06.2016. The said statement is recorded.

In view of the above statement made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, nothing survives in this petition. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
