Seeking a direction to the respondent to register a case on the petitioner's complaint dated 15.04.2016, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

3.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner is an accused No.2. On the complaint given by one Velkrishna, a case in Crime No.87 of 2015 for offences under Sections 420, 468, 471 and 506(ii) IPC has been registered. As a counter blast, the petitioner has given a complaint dated 15.04.2016, which was enquired into and closed on 03.07.2016. Recording the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
