PRAYER : Writ Petition filed Under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Mandamus forbearing the Respondents from evicting the petitioner from his possession and from demolishing petitioner's house comprised in Survey No.661/2, measuring to an extent of 235 Sq.mts situated at Sathyamangalam Village, Gingee Taluk, Villupuram District, bearing Patta No.771 by considering 1/4
petitioner's representation dated 23.09.2022 except by due process of law and pass orders.

ORDER
By consent of both the parties, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the time of admission stage itself.
2. This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the Respondents to dispose of the petitioners representation dated 23.09.2022.
3. The case of the petitioners are that the subject property is the ancestral property and the petitioner is in enjoyment and possession of the said property. Whileso, the 4th Respondent herein is orally intimidating the petitioners to vacate him from the subject property as the said land belongs to Government for which the petitioner sent a representation to the respondents on 23.09.2022. However till date no action was taken. Hence, the present writ petition.

4. The learned Additional Government pleader would submit that if the petitioner possess the title, they will not disturb the petitioner and further submitted that they will follow due process of law if they take any action against the petitioner.
5. Recording the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate this petition is closed. No costs. Consequently the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
