Challenging the case in crime No.11 of 2022 dated 30.09.2022 pending on the file of the first respondent, the present criminal original petition has been filed.

sms 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that in this case, investigation has been completed and final report has also been filed before the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Erode and the same was taken on file in C.C.No.415 of 2023 and the next hearing date is 15.11.2023.

3.In view of the above, nothing survives in this petition. Accordingly, the criminal original petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the final report, if so advised. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
