2. That apart, Dr.Nirmala Aiyar, petitioner in W.P.No.34609 of 2023 is stated to be a senior citizen. Since the issue is common to both the Writ Petitions and having regard to the averments contained in the petitions filed in support of the request for early hearing, these Miscellaneous Petitions are ordered.
