ORDER
It is seen that as against the order of this Court, the respondent herein had filed Writ Appeal in W.A.No.684 of 2018 in which an interim stay has been granted. As such, it would not be appropriate to keep the contempt petition pending till the Writ Appeal is disposed of. Hence, the contempt petition stands closed. In case the petitioner is of the view that if and when the Writ Appeal is rejected and the willful disobedience still continues, the petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh contempt petition.
