ORDER
Seeking a direction to the respondent to register the complaint dated 06.04.2016 made by the petitioner, the petitioner has come up with this petition.
2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner has sent a complaint dated 06.04.2016 to the respondent by post.
3.In such circumstances, the petitioner is directed to go in person and give a fresh complaint to the jurisdictional police and on such complaint being given, the same shall be enquired into in accordance with law, following the decision laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari v. Government of Uttarpradesh & Others reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1, otherwise, close the complaint under due intimation to the petitioner.
