ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] Seeking a direction to the respondent to produce the body of the petitioner's father by name R.Raja, S/o. T.V.Ramachandran, before this Court and to set him at liberty, the present Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed.

2. The petitioner is the son of the detenu seeking his custody before this Court pursuant to a case registered in Cr.No.152 of 2019 on 30.08.2019 for man missing.

3. The status report filed by the respondent would reveal that the detenu has left pursuant to the ailment suffered by him. As the investigation is going on, we are not inclined to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

keep this petition pending any longer.

4. Accordingly, the Habeas Corpus Petition stands closed with the direction to the respondent to continue with the investigation and secure the detenu. As and when the detenu is secured, he should be produced before the jurisdictional Magistrate.
