ORDER

This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner by the learned Mahila Judge, Chengalpet in Crl.M.P.No.210 of 2016 dated 07.04.2016 to appear before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.

2. Mr.P.Rameshkumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was arrested on 17.03.2016 based on the complaint given by his wife and he was released on bail on 23.03.2016 on condition that he should appear before respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m., until further orders. Later, the said condition was modified on 07.04.2016, directing the petitioner to appear before the respondent police every Monday at 10.00 a.m., until further orders. He further submitted that the petitioner has regularly complying with the condition imposed by the learned Mahila Judge https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

from 23.03.2016 onwards and he prays for modify the condition.

3. Heard the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent.

4. Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the fact that the petitioner has regularly complied with the condition, the condition imposed by the learned Mahila Judge, Chengalpet in Crl.M.P.No.210 of 2016 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
