This Petition has been filed to pass clarificatory order on the order dated 12.08.2024 passed by this Court in W.P.No.27648 of 2021 with respect to the non-payment of arrears of rents fictitiously claimed by the respondent beyond the contractual period which includes the pandemic period and the period when the petitioner was not issued entry pass to airport premises by the respondent, after the expiry of the contract.

2. . As the prayer sought for by the petitioner in the present petition cannot be granted by this Court, this petition is dismissed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to work out their remedy in the manner known to law.
