ORDER

This writ petition has been filed, seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 1st respondent to take the petitioner's complaint dated 05.05.2017 and initiate action against the 3rd respondent for not providing information under Right to Information Act, 2005 on merits within the time limit fixed by this Court.

2. When this matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the 1st respondent produced a copy of the order passed by the 1st respondent, wherein the petitioner's complaint dated 05.05.2017 has been considered and disposed of.

3. In view of the above submission, nothing survives in this writ petition. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No Costs.
