This petition is filed seeking to extend the time to comply the order in Crl.M.P.No.3898 of 2019 dated 06.08.2019 in CA.No.67 of 2019 on the file of the Principle Session Judge, Kancheepuram District at Chengalpattu.

2. On being satisfied with the reasons given in the application seeking for extension of time and also taking into account the statement made by the petitioner that he was not able to mobilise the funds, since he is employed in Malaysia, a further period of four months from today is granted to comply with the order of the learned Principle Session Judge, Kancheepuram District at Chengalpattu dated 06.08.2019 passed in Crl.M.P.No.3898 of 2019

3. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
