This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 16.07.2024 in Crl.M.P.No.10085 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.13837 of 2024.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner has complied the said conditions regularly without fail.

Considering the representation made by both side counsels and the petitioner had complied with the conditions regularly without fail, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in toto.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is ordered.
