This Contempt Petition filed under Section 11 of Contempt of Court Act, 1971, to punish the respondents for willful disobedience of the order passed by this Hon'ble High Court, dated 21.04.2016 in Crl. O.P. No.5856 of 2016.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is no more.

3. The learned Government Advocate submitted that the final report has been filed before the Judicial Magistrate, I Jayakondam in C.C. No.8 of 2017 under Section 294(b), 326, 506(ii) IPC and the same has been posted on 02.08.2021 for next hearing.

4. In view of the above, the Contempt Petition is dismissed as abated.
