ORDER
Seeking a direction to the respondents to register an FIR on the basis of the complaint dated 10.06.2014 and the reminder dated 18.04.2016, the petitioner has come up with this petition. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner has sent a complaint dated 10.06.2014 to the respondents by post.
3.In such circumstances, the petitioner is directed to go in person and give a copy of the complaint dated 10.06.2014 to the 2nd respondent police and on such complaint being given, the same shall be enquired into in accordance with law, following the decision laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari v. Government of Uttarpradesh & Others reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1, otherwise, the petition may be closed under due intimation to the petitioner.
