This Civil Revision Petition is directed as against the fair and decretal order passed in R.E.A.No.2 of 2008 in R.E.P.No.113 of 2006 in O.S.No.21 of 1984 dated 13.03.2017 on the file of the Learned District Munsif, Rasipuram.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner stated that subsequent to the order passed in R.E.A.No.2 of 2008, the main R.E.P.No.113 of 2006 itself was dismissed. Aggrieved by the same, the petitioner filed this Civil Revision Petition and it is pending. Therefore, nothing survives in this case.

3. Recording the said submission, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. It is left open to the petitioner file a fresh petition seeking police aid before the Execution Court. No costs.
