ORDER

Seeking a direction to the respondent to register a case based on the petitioner's complaint dated 21.12.2015, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that the police has not received any complaint from the petitioner.

3.In such circumstances, the petitioner is directed to appear in person before the respondent police and lodge a fresh complaint to the respondent. On receipt of such complaint, the same shall be enquired into and action be taken thereon in accordance with law, if it discloses the commission of a cognizable offence or drop action otherwise. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
