Accepting the reasons assigned in the affidavits filed in support of these petitions, the delay of 1047 days in seeking to set aside the abatement is condoned, the abatement cause by the death of the 1st respondent is set aside and the respondents 22 to 26 in these petitions are brought on record as the legal representatives of the deceased 1st respondent and are ranked as respondents 22 to 26 in the appeal.
