ORDER

Seeking a direction to the respondent police to register a case on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner dated 16.03.2016, investigate the same and to submit a report to the Court, the petitioner has come up with this petition. 2.When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that on the complaint given by the petitioner, the petition enquiry in CSR No.107 of 2016 and on the complaint given by the opposite party against the petitioner, the petition enquiry in CSR No.118 of 2016 have been conducted. He further submitted that the respondent police has closed both the CSRs and a copy of the closure report is furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the bar. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is closed, with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedies in the manner known to law.
