ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction, directing the 1st respondent to transfer the investigation of the FIR in Crime No.512 of 2023 dated 27.07.2023, now pending from the file of the 3rd respondent to the file of the 2nd respondent.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents submitted that this Court had already transferred the investigation in Crime No.512 of 2023 from the file of the third respondent to the Inspector of Police, Mettupalayam Police Station, Coimbatore. However, the accused filed a quash petition in Crl.O.P.No.1806 of 2024 and stayed the entire investigation.

3. Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
