This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondent to pay the sum of Rs.5,34,250/- with the interest amount of Rs.2,88,495/- at the rate of 12% p.a. with effect from 10.10.2012 to 28.02.2017 to the petitioner and award costs.

2. The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition. He also made an endorsement to that effect.
