a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 5 to take necessary action in view of the petitioner's representations dated 07.09.2021, 21.03.2023, 03.05.2023, 26.07.2023 by removing the illegal entry in patta records i.e., name of Kumaresan and Sharadha Devi in the properties situated at S.F.Nos.379 and 380, Chinnavedampatti Village, Coimbatore Taluk.

This writ petition has been filed for issuance of mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 5 to consider the petitioner's representations dated 07.09.2021, 21.03.2023, 03.05.2023, 26.07.2023, wherein and whereby he sought for removal of illegal entry in patta in respect of the properties situated at S.F.Nos.379 and 380, Chinnavedampatti Village, Coimbatore Taluk.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for respondents.
3. On 16.10.2023, when the matter was taken up for hearing, this Court directed the respondents to file counter but they have not filed the Pg.Nos.2/6
counter so far. This Court, time and again gave directions to file counter well in advance before the Registry after serving a copy on the other side.
4. The learned Additional Government Pleader is not assisting this Court in the present writ petition. The learned Additional Government Pleader, who is appearing on behalf of respondents is acting only as a mouthpiece for Government officials.
5. However, a perusal of the case file shows that this writ petition has been filed for mandamus directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representations dated 07.09.2021, 21.03.2023, 03.05.2023, 26.07.2023, wherein and whereby he sought for removal of illegal entry in patta in respect of the subject property.
6. Since the writ petition has been filed to consider the petitioner's representations, this Court directs the respondents to consider the petitioner's representations dated 07.09.2021, 21.03.2023, 03.05.2023, 26.07.2023 and pass appropriate orders, after affording due opportunity of hearing to the Pg.Nos.3/6
petitioner as well as rival claimants / interested parties, if any. Such exercise shall be completed by the respondents within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
