W.P.No1499 of 2018 was dismissed for non-prosecution on 24.09.2019.

The present miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking restoration of the matter.

Notice was ordered to the respondents as early as 20.11.2019. There was no compliance by the petitioner.

Hence on 20.03.2023, one more opportunity was granted to take notice on the respondents returnable by 05.04.2023. This Court also permitted private notice on the panel counsel as well.

Today, when the matter is called, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. The cause-list reveals that there has been no notice issued either through Court or privately.

Hence this miscellaneous petition is dismissed.
