PRAYER: Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified mandamus calling for the records of the 1st respondent in complaint No.2258 against State Bank of India Cards No.4377-4856-5458-7567 impugned order No.BO(Che)/4804/ 201617006002258/ 2016-17 dated 29.11.2016 and quash the same as illegal unconstitutional arbitrary and forbear the respondents 3 and 4 from demanding either the sum of Rs.20 054/- or any amount towards the fraudulent transaction under Credit Card No.4377-4856 -5458-7567 and direct the respondents 3 and 4 to compensate the petitioner for his mental agony strain.

Writ petition is filed seeking a direction to call for the records of the 1st respondent in complaint No.2258 against State Bank of India Cards No.4377-4856-5458-7567 impugned order No.BO(Che)/4804/ 201617006002258/ 2016-17 dated 29.11.2016 and quash the same as illegal unconstitutional arbitrary and forbear the respondents 3 and 4 from demanding either the sum of Rs.20 054/- or any amount towards the
fraudulent transaction under Credit Card No.4377-4856 -5458-7567 and direct the respondents 3 and 4 to compensate the petitioner for his mental agony strain.
2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the matter has become infructuous and she has made an endorsement to that effect. Recording the statement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs.
